Card Reveal Season: Creatures of the Night

Creatures of the Night is the Dracula pack, and the widest single reveal so far: nineteen cards in one preview, only five of which we had catalogued before this pass.

The monster card is Dracula, Transylvanian Terror. The new minions are Countess Zaleska, Aleera, Marishka, Lucy Weston, Mina Seward, Renfield, the Carriage Driver, a Carpathian Wildcat, a Transylvanian Wolf, a Swarm of Rats and Ferocious Wolfpack, on top of the previously revealed Count Alucard and Bloodsucking Bat. The new events are Ancient Wisdom and Coven Feast, on top of the previously revealed Drain Life. Verona also has art in this pack, though we do not yet have a clean shot of her card face to confirm her card type.

Count Alucard is the card the official How to Play page uses as its cost example, at 9 Blood, which makes it the most useful single card on the site for explaining how Blood and Loyalty work.

Aleera, Verona and Marishka appear in the wider Dracula material as his three brides from the 2004 Van Helsing film, which is why we file them with Dracula rather than as characters of their own.

What we cannot tell you yet: full stats and rules text for the fourteen newly named cards. Five cards from this pack - Dracula, Count Alucard, the Bloodsucking Bat, the Vampire's Coffin and Drain Life - are transcribed in the database and collected on the Dracula page. The rest are logged in our card backlog and will be added, with this page updated to match, as we work through them.
